This five (5) day conference will have three Plenary Sessions defining specific actions to be taken to reverse the fate of Africans. The sessions will be followed by a General Assembly to adopt resolutions for a global agenda. Only accepted applicants with complete registration will be privy to details of subjects to be discussed and adopted resolutions at the conference.
